We can provide Champagne and Flowers for any special occasion - just ask and we will be
happy to help. We charge you only for what we pay locally.
Terms: a deposit equal to the first night stay or £50 is charged on booking.
One night bookings are payable at the time of booking and cannot be refunded in the
event of a cancellation. We can accept advance payments by cheque, visa or
mastercard. The balance, if any, can be paid by any of these methods or cash, if you
prefer.
Cancellations: Once a room has been reserved and a deposit paid we
guarantee not to let this accommodation to another person. If the reservation is
cancelled more than one four weeks form arrival the deposit will be refunded less a fee of
£10. If the reservation is cancelled less than four weeks from arrival the deposit
is forfeited. If the reservation is cancelled within two weeks of arrival the full
balance of the accommodation is due and will be charged to the guest's credit card on the
original 'arrival'day. We will d our very best to re-let the accommodation booked
and if we are ablt to do so then the balance of the accommodation will not be charged,
however if there were any commissions, discounts or fees to pay to obtain the re-let then
these will be charged to the guest's credit card.
The House is a smoke free area and, much as we love them, unfortunately due to our
close proximity to farmland, we regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
