Pitlochry is in the geographical centre of Scotland approximately one and a quarter hour's drive from Edinburgh and a little longer from Glasgow.  We can be easily reached by road or rail as Pitlochry is on the main trunk road (A9) and main railway line to Inverness.

Kinnaird House and Woodland Lodges are located on a peaceful hillside on the A924 heading out of Pitlochry towards Braemar, Kirkmichael and Bridge of Cally.

Finding us is very simple and we have safe private parking.  From the centre of Pitlochry take the turning into West Moulin Road, this is opposite WH Smith newsagents.   Continue up the hill for a little over a mile and a half and you will see our sign on the left hand side of the road.  Kinnaird House can also be seen at this point.   The Lodges are up and beyond the house so you cant see them.

Check in is generally 4.00pm to 6.00pm, however if you wish to arrive outside these times then please advise us in advance.
