Each Lodge has the same facilities but has a different interior decoration.

Two of the Lodges sleep up to four guests. One Lodge has extra sleeping capacity and can sleep up to 6 guests (including a maximum of 4 adults).

	Two bedrooms - one with a king sized bed and one with twin beds.
	A bathroom with bath, shower, wc and wash hand basin, heated towel rail and additional heater.
	A spacious open plan living area incorporating a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge.
	Double patio doors leading on to a large private deck
	Outside furniture and lighting
	Cosy woodburner, easily maintained and operated.
	24hr self control electric heating throughout.
	TV , Video player, CD player and a variety of games and books for holiday reading.
	Full double glazing and insulation.
	We provide all cleaning materials, cling film, tin foil, bin bags, tea towels, hand towel, bath mat.
	The kitchen houses a full oven/grill/hob, microwave oven, fridge ( with small freezer box), dishwasher.
	There is an ample supply of crockery, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans etc.
	Free use of washing machine.

We can arrange flowers, fruit and champagne for your arrival.
